I’m Augustina Fofanah, Co-Founder and CEO of Esowoh Healthcare. My roots trace back to Numba, a small village in Cameroon, where I experienced firsthand the challenges of limited access to healthcare, education, and essential services. This upbringing instilled in me a deep understanding of healthcare disparities.

At Esowoh Healthcare, our mission is to address gaps in healthcare access right here in the U.S. We provide vital home care services, including medical equipment and patient education, to those struggling with chronic conditions. My journey as a Registered Nurse, with over 15 years in acute, long-term, and home care, drives my commitment to enhancing healthcare accessibility. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership (MSML) from Western Governors University, along with certifications in Wound and Ostomy Management (WCC/OMS) and membership in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Esowoh Healthcare is dedicated to improving lives by delivering high-quality, in-home care and supporting patient independence.

Dr. Abdul Malik Fofanah is the Co-Owner, Medical Director, and Psychiatric Practitioner at Esowoh Healthcare LLC. With over a decade of experience in mental health and addiction medicine, Dr. Fofanah excels in delivering comprehensive care through advanced diagnostics and evidence-based treatments.
